Our motorcycle trailers are meticulously crafted using a welded aluminum frame and aluminum exterior resting on a steel axle. The exterior skin is pre-finished in black or white with contrasting stainless steel on the trailer lid.
The monochromatic skin is wrapped around the wedge styled nose on the front and smoothly transitions to the trailer box at the back, creating an attractive, classic look. The polished aluminum lid is fabricated with perfectly rounded corners and subtle "X" pattern bends for strength and stability.
Interior:
It's not often that you hear about trailer interiors, but at Thunder Creek Customs we take the fit and finish of every motorcycle trailer we build seriously. To that end, our trailers are constructed with, aluminum side walls on the interior back and sides. The inside of the nose and floor of the trailer are finished with aluminum to conceal all welds.
